The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Benefits team
Job Responsibilities:
•Support Supervisor in data diagnostic and resolution for pension plans
•Provide support for US Pension administration
•Update and publish the monthly key performance indicator (KPI) report for the Benefits team
•Coordinate with international locations on benefit renewals and changes
•Processing and analysis of vendor invoices
•Responsible for managing the Benefit Policies and Procedures as well as the HIPAA user list
•Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues
•Support Supervisor in Ad-Hoc Special projects
•Communicate with external suppliers/customers for data collection
•Assist with compiling and mailing communications
•Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Human Resources or Information Systems
•Business Acumen (Analytical, Program Management and Planning Skills)
•Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•Strong written and oral communication skills
